Las Vegas is a destination travelers visit time and time again. With elevated dining options, dazzling entertainment and an atmosphere unlike any other, it’s an ideal spot for those looking to create lasting memories. While the tried and true attractions continue to draw in repeat visitors, sprinkling in something new on an itinerary can help to spice things up. When it comes to MGM Resorts, there’s always something new to talk about, and if you’re interested in hearing about the latest and greatest, you’re in luck. From new dining options to one-of-a-kind activities, read on to see what’s new at Bellagio, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay and Luxor.

Bellagio Las Vegas

Al fresco dining options are a sweet spot among Las Vegas visitors, and the new COMO Poolside Café & Bar excels in this area. Menu items range from sandwiches and skewers to sushi and Hamachi crudo. Whether it’s a visit for breakfast or lunch or a stop at golden hour for a cocktail before an evening out, COMO Poolside Café & Bar’s atmosphere delivers.

Visitors in search of a discreet environment with elevated cocktails are in for a treat at The Vault. Tucked away behind an unmarked golden door on the casino floor, this private haven invites guests to sip through history with savory cocktails created using vintage spirits from throughout the 20th century. With limited seating — capacity is 50 people — the space provides an intimate and exclusive vibe.

Chic and curated by the entertainer himself, The Pinky Ring by Bruno Mars invites guests to enjoy premium cocktails and live nightly entertainment. The new space has moody lighting, and in order to keep guests’ focused on being in the moment, there are no photos or videos allowed.

While new restaurants and lounges are always fun to hear about, shiny new guestrooms can also stir up the excitement. After undergoing a transformation, Bellagio Towers recently unveiled its remodeled rooms and suites for guests to book. Inspiration from Lake Como and the Fountains of Bellagio combined to create a serene and sophisticated ambiance. Visitors are met with luxury amenities, marble accents and modern comfort.

MGM Grand

Friends fanatics can now get their fix in Las Vegas with the all-new The FRIENDS™ Experience: The One in Vegas. Located at MGM Grand, this interactive attraction allows fans to meander through cherished scenes of the popular television show, some of which include Monica’s apartment, the chapel lobby from the Las Vegas wedding scene and the fountain pictured in the opening credits.

Inspired by the flavors of New York, guests visiting the new Luchini Italian Restaurant can immerse themselves in Italian-American cuisine with menu items such as Burrata Ravioli, Fusili alla Nonna, Salmon Oreganata and Boneless Ribeye Peperonata, among many others. In addition to the main area, there are two private dining rooms, ideal for special occasions and signature menus.

Those in search of a speakeasy will be happy to find Chez Bippy hidden inside Luchini. The moody space has red velvet drapes, bronze arched mirrors, lush seating and a disco ball. An assortment of craft cocktails are on offer, including the Fellini, with Bulleit Bourbon, Campari, Barolo Chinato Cocchi, Vanilla-Anise Tincture, Pizeele and Hickory Smoke, and the Martini Classico, with pepperoncini-infused Absolut Elyx Vodka, Dolin Dry Vermouth and a Castelvetrano olive-caper brine.

Mandalay Bay

Originating from London, “crazy golf” has made its way to Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay. Swingers is just like the mini golf you know and love, but with a twist. Add in craft cocktails, street food and a live DJ, and you have mini golf with a party atmosphere. This unique activity is ideal for date nights, celebrations or a private event.

According to Chef Wolfgang Puck, “food is pleasure and fun to be enjoyed with family and friends.” And this enjoyment can be found at the new Caramá restaurant at Mandalay Bay. Pulling inspiration from a photo of Wolfgang Puck and his mother Maria, the eatery showcases Italian cuisine and a desire to experiment, create and entertain.

Also located at Mandalay Bay, Chef Michael Mina's brand-new Mediterranean restaurant, Orla, puts a contemporary spin on timeless flavors — think charcoal-roasted meats, bright vegetables and fresh seafood. And, with more than 1,600 labels, there’s a perfect pairing of wine from throughout the Mediterranean region to go with every bite.
