VAX’s Travel Inspo Tool Kit Gets a Brand New Look

At VAX, we know the role of a travel advisor expands well beyond simply booking vacations. Yes, advisors book flights, confirm hotel reservations and suggest excursions for their clients — but they also reschedule those same flights, consult travelers on new destinations, build relationships with various brands, gain insights by traveling on FAM trips and sometimes wear the hats of accountants, therapists, marketing managers and much more.

It’s hard for one person to do it all, and there is only so much time in a day. The VAX team understands just how important social media can be for a travel business. Yet, without a dedicated social media manager, it’s almost impossible for advisors to spend the time creating valuable content to share with their audience.

As resources on this page continue to grow, we decided to give it a refresh. So, let’s check out what’s new! 

Fresh New Look

The Travel Inspo Tool Kit has a brand new look, but not to worry, all the same valuable resources — and much more — are still available on this page. There is now a navigation menu across the page which includes tabs for Reels (more on this new feature later!), Supplier Shareables, Social Media Posts, Inspomemes, Memes, The Compass and How-To. All your favorite features are still available, just easier to find.

Be sure to check back often, as the materials on this page never get stale. They are regularly updated to keep things fresh, fun and buzz-worthy, with the ultimate goal of helping advisors get their clients talking (and booking their next vacation).

Solstice Collective Collaboration

In addition to the fresh new look, VAX is introducing an exciting new collaboration with Solstice Collective. A website design company led by co-founders Jane Linsea and Kate Barnes, Solstice Collective closely follows trends in the travel industry and ensures the messaging for websites and social media aligns with these trends.  

Travel advisors can now access complimentary content from Solstice Collective on VAX, conveniently located in the Travel Inspo Tool Kit. This new content includes social media tips, inspiration for posts and premade reels.
