Awaken Your Senses is a multisensory voyage that takes guests on a VIP tour of the most iconic destinations around the world. Throughout a seven-course meal, guests will get the opportunity to dive into different cultures and flavors from the comfort of our hotel. Each meal is curated and inspired by a country and its unique flavors.
In partnership with B-Lab Gastronomic, the team has constructed a dining experience that requires diners to use their senses. Those who participate will be exposed to augmented reality technology, odor synchronization, surround sound systems and of course, taste! Offering a range of sweet and savory creations, the creators used food and flavor as a science to pair each course with a specialty craft cocktail sure to enhance your palate with every bite. Along with a dinner filled with scenic visuals and capturing aromas, Awaken Your Senses pairs your meals with music by legends from each of the countries you visit along the way.
Since the dining concept was introduced in early 2022 at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Awaken Your Senses has offered guests a futuristic version of an elevated dinner and a show. A story of culture and cuisine comes to life through fine dining and interactive technology. Later introduced at Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana, guests continue to praise the unique culinary journey that now joins Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos!
Guests interested in dining at Awaken Your Senses can do so from Tuesday-Sunday at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., to a minimum party of four guests ages 18 and over*.
