Some examples of this include the transformation of Sea Olive into a Trattoria and Pizzeria, which will offer authentic Italian food, and a renovation of Kiin Rooftop by integrating a vibrant Mexican menu. Diners will also be able to enjoy an Omakase experience that will change daily and be supervised by our chef.
Additionally, room service will be more fun and original, as it will be completely transformed, offering guests a wide range of dishes in a very original presentation. The food will be delivered in eco-friendly containers that reflect our commitment to sustainability and improve the customer experience by preserving food freshness. These and other innovations will be ready starting December 2024 and will aim to provide a vibrant and unforgettable culinary experience that reflects the latest international trends without losing the Caribbean essence.
