There has certainly been a SPRING in my step with my travel schedule and the great interaction I’ve been blessed to have in the last few months! I’d love to take a moment to share some of the wonderful feedback I’ve received the last couple of months after sharing the visits along the way.

March

  • Meeting brand new agents and having the opportunity to provide extended trainings is exhilarating! I was invited to participate in our first KHM Bootcamp early in March and came back for May’s as well! I’ve been lucky to be included for Nexion Agent Essentials this last year, too. To share all of the ways that VAX, The Leisure Travel Marketplace, can really benefit agents and their ability to earn, learn and grow into this business is key.
  • I visited America’s Travel Company at their conference in Houston, Texas. Talk about your room full of eager and hungry agents for the technology information they desired to further their business! So full of questions and appreciative for some of the tips and tricks I shared which you can see below.
  • The Home Based Travel Agent Forum always provides us a multitude of agents that tell us they love our training, stop by the booth with honest feedback and often gratitude for being available, intuitive and always growing!
  • Uniglobe’s conference celebrated “Waves of Change Oceans of Opportunity” in Long Beach, Califronia, where I was able to share some of the latest changes on VAX and the opportunities for growth across the industry.

April

  • Nexion invited us to kick off Cruise360 at their welcome event.

  • I made my first trip to the Apple Vacations office in Elk Grove, Illinois for a large group training in the Chicago area. It was also great meeting some of our new team members from Apple Vacations.

May

  • Since I was back in the Cleveland area in May, I partnered up with Apple Vacations’ Bernadette for a few Cleveland area agency visits. It is certainly no secret that some of the legacy Apple Vacation users are frustrated with the transition to another technology. Below are some of the ways that I was able to make them smile with what they can do on VAX!
