Travelers who frequent Las Vegas know all about the buzz of energy that can consume a person during a stay. There are endless activities to enjoy, and events run all throughout the day and into the night. Whether it’s attending a concert, winning big at a casino or enjoying time with friends in a poolside cabana, there’s something for every type of traveler in this energetic city.
A stay at MGM Resorts’ ARIA Resort & Casino puts visitors in the center of all the action, as it’s in a prime location for enjoying the surrounding entertainment. Whether guests are hoping to catch a show at Dolby Live or a game at T-Mobile arena or take the 10-minute walk to Park MGM, booking a room at ARIA is convenient.
A visit to Las Vegas isn’t complete without indulging in the food scene though – fortunately, ARIA thrives in this department. In addition to top-notch service and spectacular décor, ARIA’s eateries are home to internationally acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs. The resort also recently introduced Proper Eats, an elevated food hall serving global cuisine and eclectic cocktails opening this winter. Spanning 24,000 square feet on the second level promenade of ARIA, Proper Eats will include a number of culinary offerings.

For Andy Masi, founder of Clique Hospitality, opening Proper Eats in Las Vegas is a dream come true. “This is a dream destination for me,” said Masi. “Our team is bringing together cocktails and cuisine from some of our favorite places in the world in one strikingly beautiful space in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip.”
Seoul Bird, located outside of London, Los Angeles’ only Wexler’s Deli and New York’s Egghead by Tao Group Hospitality were among the first offerings announced, along with Clique’s Temaki, which will be a sushi-lovers dream. Since the original announcement, three more have been added to the lineup: Shalom Y’all, a Portland, Oregon favorite serving up Mediterranean cuisine made from fresh, high-quality ingredients, along with Grammy-nominated artist, producer and DJ Steve Aoki’s Pizzaoki and Lola’s Burgers, which will offer a variety of burgers inspired by family recipes. In total, Proper Eats will have 12 concepts for visitors to sink their teeth into.

ARIA President & COO Anton Nikodemus is looking forward to the new culinary-focused food hall. “The addition of Proper Eats to ARIA’s food and beverage portfolio will deliver a fun and lively communal dining experience to our resort,” Nikodemus said. “Every detail has been carefully curated – from creative concepts to venue design – bringing together a first-class culinary epicenter that is approachable with a variety of options to choose based on preference, taste, or mood. This, along with the collaborative partnership of visionaries at Clique Hospitality and Studio Munge, will elevate our food hall into a memorable destination for guests to return to time and again.”
