La Colección Resorts, part of the Posadas group that also includes Grand Fiesta Americana Hotels & Resorts, Live Aqua Resorts, The Explorean Discovery Resorts and more, has reopened all of their properties throughout Mexico, with the first batch of properties having reopened in June. All properties were reopened according to the timelines established by local authorities.
As with many other resort brands, La Coleccion’s reopened resorts come with a new set of health and safety guidelines: the Travel with Confidence program. The global prevention, hygiene and sanitation program is in partnership with 3M and will be rolled out to all 180 properties in Posadas’ portfolio. The program’s protocols focus on nine main areas:

- Accommodations
- Food and beverages
- Public areas
- Pools
- Maintenance
- Flexible reservation policy
- Supporting the medical community
- Fiesta Rewards®
