Traditional, or contracted, group bookings are for groups of ten rooms or more who want their space (air and hotel) and package price locked for the entire group, via a group contract and group deposit. Your group enjoys low deposits and may earn complimentary nights and other hotel privileges and air credits on Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights.
GroupEase®, as an alternative, does not require a group contact or deposit; space is subject to availability at the time of booking and rates are based on current pricing. Every traveler books individually, and saves using the group’s dedicated promo code. The wedding couple saves as well, on time (and stress!), as there’s no need to collect payments and organize paperwork. The entire group may qualify for complimentary accommodations at preferred properties as well as Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flight seat credits with preferred airlines; the nuptial couple can even look forward to a free 2-night anniversary stay at select hotels.

Your Groups Dashboard in VAX
Once you’ve signed the group contract, our groups team will build a dashboard in VAX loaded with the contracted inventory and rates specific to your group. The dashboard is your home base to manage your traditional group’s inventory, payments, bookings, and commissions.
