This page allows you to input various details before initiating a search, and it’s also a place you can add specific preferences. This approach allows you to establish the fundamental aspects of the trip and customize the vacation experience according to your client’s needs and preferences.

Flight Filters

If your clients have specifics regarding their flights, you can use the flight filters. After entering your essential flight information such as the client's travel dates, departure and arrival cities and passenger count, you can add in any specific requirements or preferences they might have for their flight experience. These could include details like preferred airlines, layover preferences, cabin preference, seating preferences, whether you want to search by schedule or price and other options that contribute to tailoring the flight search results to the clients liking.

Hotel Filters

Do your clients already know the hotel they want to stay at?  Using the hotel search, you can input that hotel brand or the specific hotel name. By filtering the hotel search, it will save you time as you will no longer need to go through the lengthy list of options you would retrieve with a generic search. 

Another scenario could be that your clients don’t need the hotel portion for the entire length of their trip.  This section allows you to offset the check in and check out dates so it will pull the pricing only for the dates needed.

Rental Car Filters

If clients would like to add a rental car to the reservation, you can also use the car search selecting the clients preferred car rental company, again reducing the number of options that you will need to sort through.
