I hear it all the time: “VAX VacationAccess is so easy and intuitive!” Travel advisors are often telling me how much they love booking on VAX which is sometimes followed with a, “But I wish…” I am  communicating with travel advisors every day and one of the common things I’ve discovered is that many are not aware that there is added flexibility in determining your search pattern once you have selected your supplier by looking at the Package Type that each supplier offers.

Are you looking for:

  • Features or excursions only
  • Theme park tickets only
  • Flight only
  • Hotel only
  • Ultimate Savings Package
  • Save 30 Percent Vacation Package
  • Multiple Origin Air package
  • Flight + Hotel + Transfer

All the items on this list are available with one supplier or another. Maybe with many of them. Once you select your supplier, take a moment and click the down arrow in the Package Type drop-down and learn what options each supplier provides for you. The supplier determines and decides what packages they will offer. They can change from time to time as well, so it pays to check back often. They may have a promotion in there that you have to use the drop-down to find.

VAX has provided the technology to allow your suppliers to offer these package types to make your search process even more intuitive!

If you didn’t know, now you know!

Which package type did you love learning about?
