For the first time in its history, adventure travel company Flash Pack is opening its doors to a global pool of travel agent partners.

The London-based startup – which specializes in small group escapes for like-minded travelers in their 30s and 40s – has enjoyed meteoric DTC growth since its Nov. 2021 relaunch, with 55 employees in 10 countries, a 4.8 TrustPilot rating and a coveted NPS score of over 70.

Driven by Flash Pack’s commitment to share its unique adventures with an even wider audience, the company is now expanding its product to third-party agents – with the aim of addressing the loneliness epidemic via its tight-knit community of global friendships. The move comes at an exciting point of growth for the brand, which has already exceeded pre-pandemic levels of revenue and plans to double growth in destinations over the next 12 months.

“Flash Pack has always been a direct-to-consumer brand, so our new travel agent scheme represents a significant shift – for the first time, we’ll be looking to partner with other sole traders and small businesses in the industry,” says Ike Offor, Flash Pack’s Head of Sales.

“We believe that, with travel set to bounce back in a huge way into 2024, the timing is right for this evolution. We want to be ready for the spike ahead and we’re confident that we can draw on the talent of agents around the world, who believe in our vision of people-powered adventures, to help meet our ambitious growth targets. We’re particularly interested in working with US, UK and Australian-based partners who can support our mission to find the right people to travel with us,” Ike adds.

Flash Pack prides itself on curating standout experiences that are the hallmark of its worldwide trips – such as sleeping in a converted Land Rover suite in the Serengeti, dining with Sumos in Japan or staying on a private Arctic Island in Finland. These are combined with the knowledge of Pack Leaders, who go beyond the obvious to bring their countries to life with local insight and cultural authenticity. The result is exceptional holidays that unite and empower like-minded people in their 30s and 40s.

With over one million people present across its website and social channels, Flash Pack’s biggest USP lies in its ability to draw together a tight-knit community of global adventurers, forming thousands of new friendships as an antidote to worldwide isolation and loneliness.

Travel agents who want to be part of this vision should be great team players, with a strong growth mindset and focus on unparalleled customer experience. In return, Flash Pack can offer a track record of delivering adventures that clients love, along with a competitive 12% commission rate.

Partners will also be granted access to a dedicated Flash Pack travel consultant for client queries, along with early updates on new product launches and promotions in the company’s monthly Travel Agent newsletter, which goes out to 150,000 subscribers.

“From our online lifestyle magazine, SOLO, to our innovative approach to group dynamics, people are at the heart of everything that Flash Pack does – and it’s also the reason why we’re thriving right now,” says Ike. “We’re all about bringing people together, and our new travel agent partnership is designed to expand that mindset. We want to create the groundwork for lasting agent relationships, with ongoing support and the ability to tap into our reputation for excellence.”

To become a Flash Pack travel agent, partners are invited to apply via an online application form.
