Five New Features on VAX You Might Not Know About

VAX VacationAccess exists to make travel advisors’ lives easier, and we’ve been busy implementing new resources for you to utilize throughout your workday. Here’s a list of the latest new tools on VAX you might not have heard about yet.

Agency Logos on The Compass Articles

Marketing made easy? The Compass already has one click sharing buttons at the top right-hand corner of each article. You can easily share articles on social media or in an email. We recently enhanced this with a new feature: When logged into VAX, travel advisors will find that their agency logo and information are listed on the right-hand side of each article, and when they share the article with clients, the information is shared right along with it. Maxwell’s List

If you find yourself with some downtime during the day, head over to the Resources tab on the main VAX navigation and click “Maxwell’s List.” Here you’ll find a list of tools to help grow your business. Need assistance with customer relationship management? Check out the CRMs section. Want to grow your marketing and social media toolbox? Sift through a list of helpful resources in the Marketing Resources section.

Packing Lists

Hot off the press: VAX now has Wanderlust Social packing lists available for advisors to use and share with their clients. Any added value you can provide for your travelers goes a long way, so be sure to take advantage of these! You’ll find the lists sprinkled throughout the website. From specific travel types like family travel and all-inclusive to destinations like Hawaii and London, there’s a bit of everything.

Destination Pages

While you most likely already look like a pro when talking to your clients about various destinations, we know it’s impossible to know everything about every single one. Since we still want to make sure you position yourself as a destination expert, VAX teamed up with Arrival Guides to provide enhanced destination content. When you browse the destination pages, you’ll find shareable guides packed full of useful information that you can review and download to send to clients. New pages are continually being added.

Travel Inspo Tool Kit

While this page isn’t new, it was recently redesigned, and we’re loving its new look. The Travel Inspo Tool Kit is filled with content to share across your social media pages. It now boasts a navigation menu across the page which includes tabs for Reels, Supplier Shareables, Social Media Posts, Inspomemes, Memes, The Compass and How-To. The materials on this page are updated to keep things fresh, fun and buzz-worthy, so be sure to check back often to see what’s new.
