The ENVF Flights provided by Frontier are anything but seamless. One issue after another has pushed our clients to other carriers even when paying more. Our clients have been forced to pay high prices for seats that they may or may not get to sit in. Purchasing luggage via a package we still continue to see that those purchases are not showing on their Frontier Booking. The Flyfrontier.com website often prevents us from assisting a client with check in and the App is no better, leaving the majority of our clients not checked in upon arrival to the airport. We instead advise clients to present an image of the errors they receive when trying to check in. Clients are encouraged NOT to pay the agent assistance fee at the airport, but bullied into paying anyways by airport counter agents. Very few of the issues can be resolved via a chat feature and speaking to an agent is nearly impossible without hours on hold. Our clients deserve a higher level of service than what Frontier provides
