You can make changes to reservations, resend itineraries, refine searches to find specific availability, add features and transfers to existing reservations and so much more, all on your own, right on VAX. We know that not everything can be handled by you this way, but before you call your supplier’s customer care center, give it a try. You can’t break anything by looking and you may save yourself some hold time and build up your self-confidence in your VAX skills at the same time.
