ALG Vacations® (ALGV) is enhancing advisor earning potential in 2025 with updates to the United Vacations® program, including a refreshed United Vacations Advantage, expanded MileagePlus® benefits and an improved seat incentive. With increased air commission opportunities, greater flexibility on advisor rewards and more ways for clients to maximize their miles, these developments reinforce ALGV’s commitment to supporting the travel advisor community.

Advisors now earn 10% air commission on Premium Cabins for non-North American destinations and 8% air commission on Mexico, Central America, Caribbean and Hawaii. These earnings apply to United First®, United Business® and United Premium Plus® cabins. Additionally, advisors earn 5% air commission in United Economy® cabins to Hawaii and international air/hotel reservations via United Airlines®-operated flights.

MileagePlus® members can now maximize their rewards when booking with United Vacations, earning up to 11x the airfare in miles including bulk and published fares. Travelers using a Chase® MileagePlus card receive even greater benefits, including a free checked bag and 2 miles per $1 on their United Vacations package, enhancing their overall travel experience. Additionally, travelers continue to enjoy low deposits from just $250 down.

“ALG Vacations continues to prioritize advisor profitability while delivering greater value to travelers,” said Jacki Marks, Global Head of Trade Brands. “Advisors already earn WAVES® points on every booking and more rewards upon reaching ALGV Elite and/or WAVEMAKER® status. These latest updates from United Vacations give advisors even more ways to earn through enhanced commissions and incentives, while providing clients with greater opportunities to maximize their rewards while traveling on an expanding network of United Airlines routes and service options.”

The United Vacations Seat Incentive has also been optimized, offering a $250 United Airlines air voucher for every $100,000 in United Vacations revenue booked. Premium Cabin reservations now count at a double rate, allowing advisors to reach rewards faster. This incentive applies to all new bookings made through 12/31/25, and now features an unlimited travel window, adding increased flexibility from the previous one-year restriction.

In addition to these earning opportunities, United Vacations is introducing several exclusive air offers, including:

  • $100 off Premium cabin Air, valid for bookings made through 12/31/25 for travel through 12/15/26.
  • $300 Tulum Air Credit, plus up to 20% air commission, valid for bookings made through 3/31/25 for travel through 1/31/26.
  • $200 Madeira, Portugal Air Credit, valid for bookings made through 3/31/25 for travel through 4/30/26.

United will fly its largest-ever trans-Atlantic schedule this summer with new flights to Spain, Italy, France, Greece and Croatia — and will offer more flights to more destinations across the Atlantic this summer than any other U.S. airline including more than 760 weekly flights to over 40 destinations.

United’s summer 2025 schedule includes service to eight new cities: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia; Kaohsiung, Taiwan; Nuuk, Greenland; Palermo, Italy; Bilbao, Spain; Madeira Island, Portugal; Faro, Portugal; and Dakar, Senegal.

With these additions, ALG Vacations strengthens its position as a leader in advisor support and profitability, ensuring travel professionals have the tools and incentives they need to drive success in 2025.
