The 2025 Ascend Conference, ALGV’s flagship event, is set to take place from October 15-18 in Cancun, Mexico. “Ascend is more than just an event; it’s a transformational experience where advisors can elevate their expertise and build lasting connections,” added Marks. Renowned as the premier gathering for travel advisors, Ascend features inspiring general sessions led by world-class keynote speakers, in-depth workshops covering a variety of topics ranging from professional development and ALGV training to personal wellness and kindness, as well as a vibrant showcase of travel suppliers. This comprehensive event equips advisors with actionable strategies to elevate their advance their businesses while connecting them with peers and industry leaders.

MegaFAMs (Pro’s on the Go): Expanding Opportunities for Immersive Learning

Building on the success of its debut in 2024, ALGV’s innovative MegaFAM program is returning bigger and better with three opportunities in 2025:

Cancun: June 23-27
Los Cabos: July 7-11
Punta Cana: September 8-12

Replacing the traditional escorted FAMs, MegaFAMs provide a more extensive and impactful experience. Approximately 150 travel advisors per MegaFAM will stay at multiple resorts, tour destinations via a round-robin schedule, and participate in excursions, a giveback activity, and a full day of professional development. This program combines education with immersive destination exposure, offering advisors invaluable insights to confidently grow their businesses.

Kindness Conference and Kindness Connection: Leading with Heart

The highly celebrated Kindness Conference and Kindness Connection will return from July 21-25. These events, which have become cornerstones of ALGV’s advisor engagement efforts, highlight the importance of fostering kindness within the travel industry. Advisors will cultivate a network of like-minded travel professionals, collaborating to achieve greater success and fulfillment in their careers.
