Beginning 08/11/2021, you can reach the Reservations/Contact Center for any of the ALG Vacations® brands with one single number: 1-866-ALG-DESK (1-866-254-3375). All previous lines will stay working until 9/30/2021.Hours of operation for all brands:
Monday - Saturday: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST
Sunday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm EST
When prompted, enter your Travel Agent Agency Number as you do today in VAX VacationAccess. By doing so, we will recognize your agency and can route your call appropriately.
Follow the prompts to select the ALGV brand and department you wish to reach, and you’ll be routed to a skilled team that has been specially trained to provide the excellent service you expect and deserve.
If you have earned access to our top account desk and in the event that you do not reach the appropriate premium service line (you will know by the initial greeting), you may have entered an incorrect Travel Agency Number, and were thereby routed to general reservations. If so, please hang up and try again so that you are routed appropriately and receive the premium service you have earned. In the unlikely event that you continue to experience routing errors, please let your Business Development Manager know so that they can assist in promptly resolving the issue.
